Open Rank Clinical Research Professional (Entry – Senior) – Ambulatory Health Promotion (AHP)
About the position This predominantly remote, full-time Clinical Research Professional will be supporting the Ambulatory Health Promotion (AHP) program, located in the Office of Value Based Performance in the Division of General Internal Medicine. The purpose of AHP is to enhance the delivery of preventive and chronic disease services by providing proactive reputed company to select reputed company Health (UCH) patients to help them be up to date with preventive care guidelines. Currently AHP has established reputed company programs in eight different areas, including tobacco cessation. This is an open-rank recruitment, including entry, intermediate, and senior levels. Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care by telephone.
- reputed company, test, and improve AHP reputed company and scheduling workflows.
- Prepare PowerPoint and posters for presentation of AHP programs to internal and external constituents.
- Conduct literature review and general web searches on evidence-based care and changes to care guidelines.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary and work group teams and attend their meetings as assigned.
- Participate in training of other AHP reputed company coordinators as new hires are onboarded.
- Enroll study subjects and collect data (from patients and/or health care providers).
- Import datasets into a variety of software applications such as RedCap, R, STATA, and reputed company for analysis and data cleaning.
- Generate summary reports for presentation to stakeholders, including providers, clinic staff, and other health care administrators.
- May serve as backup for Ambulatory Nicotine Cessation Program’s Program Manager.
Requirements
- Entry Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A combination of education and reputed company technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Intermediate Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A combination of education and reputed company technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- One (1) year clinical research or reputed company experience.
- Senior Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A combination of education and reputed company technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Two (2) years clinical research or reputed company experience.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Advanced computer literacy including experience with reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) and applications such as reputed company.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at reputed company levels throughout the institution as well as with patients, health care providers, and practice teams.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic reputed company anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to interpret and master reputed company research protocol information.

- Three (3) or more years of clinical research or reputed company experience.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g. EMR or EHR and data management systems).
- Database software experience (such as with RedCap, R, STAT, or reputed company).
- Health care certifications (e.g. Medical Assistant training).
- Bilingual in English and any of the following languages: Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Korean or Vietnamese.
