reputed company’s MarketPoint organization is seeking an Organization Effectiveness reputed company to join the MarketPoint Training Team. As the Organization Effectiveness reputed company, you will be a strategic partner and subject-matter expert who drives initiatives designed to enhance overall organizational performance. This role combines advanced project management capabilities, exceptional presentation skills, and meticulous meeting planning to support senior leadership in decision-making and change management. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing executive-level pitch decks, overseeing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact meetings and events (including put‑together run-of-show agendas).

Key Responsibilities

Executive Presentations & Pitch Deck Development

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into compelling, data‑driven presentations and pitch decks

Meeting Planning & Run-of-Show Coordination

Organizational Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational “pain points” (e.g., workflow bottlenecks, communication gaps, role ambiguity)

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (interviews, focus groups, surveys, process mapping) to identify root causes

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, leveraging performance metrics and feedback loops

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and “lunch & learn” forums on topics such as process optimization, change readiness, and best practices in organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Meeting & Event Planning: Experience creating detailed run-of-show agendas, coordinating logistics, and supporting live/virtual events

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational effectiveness, talent development, or a reputed company discipline

  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leadership and delivering high‑impact, reputed company‑wide solutions

  • Proven expertise in managing reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company PowerPoint (or equivalent tools such as reputed company Slides, Keynote).

  • Ability to translate strategy and data into concise, compelling slides suitable for C‑suite audiences

  • Strong capability in defining project scope, creating project plans, and managing risks

  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools (surveys, interviews, data analytics) to assess cultural and structural effectiveness

  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights using reputed company, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS platforms

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. 

$104,000 - $143,000 per year 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
