Sales Representative, Contact Center

Type: Full-time, remote, non-exempt role. RHYTHMS OF THE ROLE Focus: Enroll utility customers into energy programs through high-volume outbound calls. Schedule: 40 hours/week. A minimum of 30 hours will be dedicated to active calling during local program hours (9 AM – 7:30 PM PST | 10 AM – 7:00 PM CST/EST). ABOUT YOU

• Experience: 1+ years in sales with a track record of meeting KPIs; B2C inside sales experience preferred. You are tech-savvy and comfortable with reputed company Apps and CRM/dialing systems.
