Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Data Entry Specialist to support our pharmacy operations team. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately process patient data, including prescription information, patient registration, and demographic data, using arenaflex's prescription information access strategies and systems.

• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Troubleshoot to attain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-associated exceptions and ensure accurate and timely processing of patient data.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve 1/3 party rejects by reviewing, gathering facts, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Basic computer skills, including:

• At least 18 months of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration reputed company state as granted by the state board of pharmacy or nationally recognized certification corporation.
• Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including assembling pleasant standards for offerings, and assessment of customer pride.
• Intermediate to superior-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting files).
