Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered by responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Participate with the store management team to improve store performance in areas of sales, controllable expenses, merchandising, marketing, associate retention, and associate training.
- Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for associates during the shift to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of reputed company customer service programs and processes, including cash processes, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
- Maintain accurate article-level inventory to maximize sales and reputed company cycle counts and orders.
