Responsibilities:
As a part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer registrations and website orders in digital registration systems
- Providing support for customer questions and/or needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
- Assisting with data entry and record management in reputed company, ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
- Engaging customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for reputed company customers
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A basic understanding of computers and strong technical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional in-person requirements)
