Our ideal candidate can build rapport with families, reputed company providers, and insurance companies in a compassionate and efficient manner. This position plays an integral role in the patient and family experience by expediting the insurance process while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role will also effectively communicate benefits and eligibility for multiple insurances throughout the country. • Obtain insurance authorizations
• Research, review, and effectively document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements reputed company our system alongside our Verifications Team

• Communicate cost shares, co-payments and financial responsibilities with our patients families

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years customer service or reputed company experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The pay range for this position is $17 - $18 per hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
