Your Role at arenaflex
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 6 months of Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age

- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
