This role requires a specialist to translate reputed company technical and process changes into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences, ensuring successful adoption of solutions, particularly those involving reputed company AI and reputed company's AI toolset. The specialist will be a key contributor to the overall project reputed company by managing the full training lifecycle from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation. As a Change Management Training Specialist you will:

• reputed company Training Strategy: Design and manage the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications,

• Expert-level understanding and application of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle for reputed company projects, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
