We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Data Analyst / Reporting & Analytics Senior Business Analyst to reputed company data-driven decision-making across Finance. This role sits reputed company our Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Team and reports to a Senior Manager responsible for technical requirements and reporting strategy. You will play a pivotal role in bridging Finance and Technology, understanding business needs, translating them into robust data and reporting logic, and validating outputs through testing and analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, deep curiosity about data, and the ability to translate reputed company financial processes into clear, actionable insights. This role will also work closely with our Data Strategy & Governance team to standardize data definitions and establish single sources of truth across Finance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into data-driven insights. Partner with Finance leaders to understand reporting needs, then design and deliver dashboards and analyses that reputed company strategic decision-making.

• Design scalable and reputed company reporting. Build or guide the creation of dashboards that emphasize clarity, automation, and usability, allowing Finance teams to self-serve and explore insights independently.
• Champion data quality and standardization. Collaborate with the Data Strategy & Governance team to align on definitions, business rules, and metrics across systems to establish single sources of truth.
• Diagnose and resolve data issues. Investigate anomalies and work cross-functionally to ensure data reputed company, closing the reputed company between system logic and business reporting.
• Continuously improve how Finance uses data. Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, automate reputed company processes, and adopt new BI capabilities that enhance efficiency and reputed company reputed company.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and strong familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or reputed company.
• Exceptional analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams.

• 6+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, reputed company, mathematics, economics, statistics, or reputed company quantitative field or 4+ years of relevant experience with an advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 6+ years of experience in Finance data analysis, BI reporting, or analytics roles; advanced degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience in dashboard design, UAT management, and end-user enablement.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, DAX (Power BI), or similar languages for validation and logic testing.
