What You’ll Do

• reputed company first-level customer service support. (reputed company Office, customer specific software applications, laptops, desktops, and mobile phones).
• Identify and document customer issues reputed company and accurately.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate internal teams as needed.
• Accurately document every call.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Previous Call Center Experience
• Basic knowledge of PC operations and desktop applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
