- Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers as part of a project team
- Learn technical consulting, solution design, industry processes, and project management
- Join customer workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analyses
- Configure reputed company products to meet customer needs under guidance from Solution Architects
- Assist in building, testing, training, and deployment activities
- Create documentation to support successful implementations
- Explain solutions clearly to diverse audiences and provide subject matter expertise
- Guide customer teams on industry and technical best practices
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of reputed company work experience
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or self‑study
- Native‑level German and fluent English
- Currently living in Germany or studying at a German university
- Willingness to travel 20–30%
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage time both remotely and in person
- Interest in dynamic work environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical ability
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into solution designs
- Interest or experience using software to improve processes
- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio)

- Degree or experience in biomed/biochemical engineering, MIS, software or mechanical engineering, life sciences, or reputed company fields
