The CRM Suite Managed Services Consultant provides remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will work autonomously with customers, partnering in a long term reputed company to provide ongoing value to their applications. While day to day activities are varied, our mission is to reputed company enhancements and features and functionality in support of evolving business needs to drive reputed company improvement and adoption. What You ll Do

• Provide consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements

• Partner with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Build, test, and reputed company changes to live environments
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to identify needs, align priorities, and set timelines
• Provide overall support for post-implementation activities including reputed company support for administrators and tier 2/3 troubleshooting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software configuration and administration for CRM or reputed company/Life-Sciences reputed company Software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentations
• Ability to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote reputed company supporting multiple clients

Compensation

• reputed company pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to reputed company with local regulations and represents a potential reputed company salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and reputed company our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to reputed company salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
