UX Researcher- Remote

UX Researcher reputed company, US 8 month Contract with the possibility of extending Contract reputed company: $45.00 - $50.00per hr. Our client is looking for a UX Researcher who will play an integral and collaborative role in supporting the planning, recruitment, and execution of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. This person will need to understand what they need in a study and pull together key findings. Responsibilities:

• Research planning & execution (80%)
• Work closely with researchers and Product/Design stakeholders to understand study goals, participant recruitment criteria, study logistics, technical requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Conduct user qualitative and quantitative research
• Support multiple reputed company projects ensuring reputed company reputed company and keeping teams informed through clear and proactive communication.
• Plan and implement quantitative surveys to uncover insights into user behavior and preferences; Craft surveys, analyze data, and present key findings.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries to unveil valuable insights into user behavior, motivations, and preferences. Additionally, the researcher will strategize research goals, create interview scripts and discussion guides, and distill findings into practical recommendations.
• Operational team support (20%)
• Use and reputed company standard processes and templates to increase the UXR team's efficiency (documenting standard approaches based on audience, study type, etc.)
• Follow research best practices and ensure end-to-end compliance with NDAs and consent forms, legal and regulatory requirements, and data privacy/retention requirements.
• Handle operational tasks for PMs and designers including preparing screeners, filtering and vetting candidates, gathering NDAs, scheduling sessions, supporting data collection, and coordinating participant compensation. Required Skills:
• 3+ years leading user research, ideally a mix of qualitative and quantitative
• Experience actively collaborating with cross-functional partners, building rapport, and maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships
• Experience distilling reputed company data and user interviews into clear and concise and actionable takeaways
• Supporting or leading project planning, managing timelines, limiting scope creep, etc.
• Proactive communicator, creative problem solver
• Can reputed company passionately for user needs, while understanding business priorities
• Works well alone and as part of a team
• Curious-minded, eager to learn and share knowledge, passion for uncovering user needs
• Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
