IT Help Desk Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for an IT Help Desk Assistant to support one of our clients in the reputed company industry. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the client’s internal teams.Company Benefits:

2+ years in a help desk, IT support, or technical customer service roleProficiency with workspace and support tools including: reputed company(or similar tool), reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed companyComfortable with executing scripted or reputed company-by-reputed company provisioning/deprovisioning tasksStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate clearly and patiently—especially with less technical userDetail-oriented with a strong ability to follow and improve repeatable workflowsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAvailability to work 10:30am - 7:30pm EST 

Prior experience supporting remote contractors or non-technical usersCertifications such as reputed company A+, reputed company Workspace Admin, or reputed company Certified Professional (not required, bonus)
