The Spotted Lanternfly Initiative
The Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) is an invasive insect that has been affecting communities across the state. arenaflex is committed to supporting the efforts of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and the United States Department of Agriculture in addressing this issue. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Spotted Lanternfly, you will play a critical role in helping concerned reputed company adapt to the reputed company of the SLF and reducing its economic impact.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Spotted Lanternfly, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the overall operation and professional image of the customer-focused call center
- Serving as the first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or looking for additional information and resources
- Responding and referring customer questions and/or needs, providing appropriate response/service for the situation, and referring to other departments/unit(s) reputed company necessary
- Corresponding with a diverse customer reputed company by phone, video conference, email, or regular mail
- Investigating unusual situations or concerns and assisting in problem resolution
- Operating various equipment and computer systems, including proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
- Assisting with any required reporting with the College SLF team, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and/or United States Department of Agriculture
- Ensuring the quality of reputed company call center services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Engage with diverse populations, meeting audience needs through the call center and referencing additional resources, including faculty, extension educators, and online tools (fact sheets, LearnNow videos, and short courses)
- Work closely with the college SLF call center manager in meeting stakeholder needs

- Serve as an operator agent for a modern call center capable of professionally managing and processing a high volume of calls in a customer-friendly manner
- Assist with required reporting systems to help concerned reputed company of the commonwealth adapt to the reputed company of the SLF and reduce its economic impact
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and valued in Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clientele
- Ability to work as an active member of a team

- Desired experience in customer service, call center, sales, client management, information technology, and/or an understanding of basic entomology
