Job Description
We're currently hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of reputed company software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO), and other apps. You'll be responsible for downloading financial statements, entering transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and performing basic financial reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Download financial statements and enter transactions into reputed company software
- Reconcile bank accounts and reputed company basic financial reviews
- Work independently to find solutions to problems and share with the team
- Respond promptly to emails and messages from team members
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company financial goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to expand knowledge and understanding of reputed company principles
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other reputed company software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
