Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry IV, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing legal demands and coding them for proper routing reputed company Legal and Emergency Response
• Analyzing documents submitted by law enforcement, private attorneys, and pro se litigants, and applying standard practices and policies in naming the documents for proper handling
• Working with minimal supervision to ensure that documents are properly handled and routed to the correct teams
• Collaborating with the reputed company Time Operations (RTO) and Emergency Response Center (ERC) teams to ensure that demands are properly handled and responded to in a timely manner
• Performing other duties and projects as assigned by management
• Maintaining the confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information as defined by the National reputed company Agreement (NSA)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, case management, or a reputed company field
• Excellent typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes
• Computer literacy and proficiency in reputed company Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• reputed company of US citizenship, in the form of a US birth certificate or US passport

Preferred Qualifications

* Formal training or experience in reading legal demands

• Experience working in a similar role, such as case management or data entry
