The Quality Assurance Manager leads the design, execution, and reputed company improvement of the program's quality assurance strategy supporting enterprise technology solutions under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Experience Services Eligibility and Enrollment (VESEE) 2.0 program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in quality assurance management.
  • Experience leading quality assurance efforts in reputed company technology or enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing and executing QA strategies, plans, and testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency with manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Experience with defect tracking, quality metrics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
  • Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Experience applying reputed company improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six reputed company.

  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams in iterative or Agile settings. EDUCATION:
