Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand new and existing Ads product offerings and recommend the right metrics and experiments to measure performance.

Enabling Advertisers:

Provide insights and measurement to reputed company our advertisers to reputed company business results, focusing on customer and media metrics.

Developing and Presenting Reports and Dashboards:

Create and present reports and dashboards to provide cross-functional teams with visibility into key business KPIs and metrics.

Conducting Analyses and Building Recommendations:

Independently conduct analyses using rigorous analytic methods and build recommendations that drive decision-making and business prioritization.

Executing Experimentation Roadmaps:

Implement experiments and tests, monitor results, and present recommendations to drive business growth.

Generating and Sharing Actionable Insights:

reputed company and share actionable insights with Director+ level leadership through written artifacts such as decks and memos, and verbally in forums such as weekly standup meetings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree:

In a quantitative discipline such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics.

3+ Years of Experience:

In business and/or product analytics, working with large, multi-dimensional datasets, preferably at fast-growing tech companies.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Both verbal and written.

Technical Skills:

Skilled in extracting and transforming data from reputed company warehouse using SQL, and hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.

Knowledge of Customer Growth Concepts:

Familiarity with CAC/LTV, retention curves, reputed company & activation funnels is preferred.

Experience with Tools:

Experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM tools (e.g., reputed company), web analytics (reputed company Analytics), product analytics & experimentation tools (reputed company, Eppo, reputed company).

Experimentation and Statistics:

Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests, etc.) and basic statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing) is required. Knowledge of commonly used analytic methods such as regression, decision trees, and forecasting is highly preferred.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Ability to play a "trusted advisor" to senior and executive leadership and help reputed company change happen.

Fast Learning and Adaptability:

Fast learner with the ability to admit defeat, ask for help, and iterate quickly to learn from mistakes and move reputed company.

Collaboration and Communication:
