Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Researching account status and identifying account issues to provide effective solutions
- Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests with precision and efficiency
- Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues to ensure seamless onboarding
- Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests as needed

Essential Qualifications
