As a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Village Fertility Pharmacy, you’ll use your reputed company and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. • Ensure process efficiency – Collaborate with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player – Escalate reputed company claims to the appropriate team for further action.

What you need to do the job:

• High School Diploma, or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience as a technician
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Valid Arizona or Massachusetts pharmacy technician license is required.
• 1+ year(s) of call center experience preferred

Training Schedule: 9am - 5pm, EST for 6 weeks. Post Training Schedule: 10:30am - 7pm, EST, Mon - Fri with 2 Saturdays per month from 9am EST - 4pm EST. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
