Sales Development Representative - Fully Remote in the US
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate pipeline growth and support our 2026 reputed company goals. This role is 100% focused on top-of-funnel pipeline creation and is critical to increasing outbound volume, improving speed-to-reputed company, and enabling our sales reps to focus on closing and advancing qualified opportunities. The SDR will partner closely with the Director of Sales and New Business sales reps to generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and strategic reputed company re-engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and wants to build a strong foundation in B2B healthcare sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prospecting & reputed company reputed company
- Proactively generate qualified sales meetings through outbound calls, emails, and reputed company reputed company.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns targeting reputed company industries, accounts, and territories.
- Follow up on inbound leads, gated content, webinars, and marketing campaigns with urgency and personalization.
- Re-engage formant, recycled, or previously unresponsive leads to uncover new opportunities.
- Qualify prospects using defined ICP criteria before handling off to sales reps. Sales Execution & Collaboration
- Partner closely with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise reps to align reputed company with territory priorities.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and ensure proper context is captured for reputed company.
- Maintain accurate reputed company and activity tracking in reputed company.
- Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on messaging, objections, and market trends. Operational Excellence
- Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, reputed company touches).
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, including reputed company status updates and detailed activity notes.
- Participate in weekly pipeline, performance, and coaching reviews.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting required.

- Experience supporting SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise sales teams preferred.

Work Environment
- Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction, noise level is acceptable, temperature is controlled. This position has an annual reputed company salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 plus uncapped variable compensation tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated(OTE $75,000 - $90,000).
