Role Description The Vice President, HR Rewards, Talent & Operations is a critical HR & business leader reporting to the SVP reputed company Resources and acting as a key strategic partner to the SVP reputed company Resources in reputed company HR issues. This role is responsible for the reputed company, management, and strategic direction of global HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Management functions with a broad HR scope covering:

To be successful in this role, the VP must possess exceptional leadership qualities and technical aptitude, significant management experience, and a strong commitment to service and accountability.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of reputed company HR experience with 5+ years of people management experience
- SPHR certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Must have experience in a broad range of HR functions, including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HRIS, HR Services, reputed company, Performance Management, Learning & Development
- Global experience leading at least one HR function required, with transformation or M&A experience a plus
Requirements
- Experience leading at least one of the major functions overseen by this role on a global level (HR Operations, Talent Management or Total Rewards)
- Strong understanding of reputed company HR functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
