Establish department goals to meet sourcing, qualification, retention, and forecast needs. Education Bachelor's degree in business, operations, transportation, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, or similar required. Experience

• 5-7 years transportation, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, or similar experience required.
• 3-5 years leadership experience required.

Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
