You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work with the broader marketing team.In this role you will:Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for reputed company marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product.Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (reputed company Ads, Facebook Ads, reputed company Analytics, etc.)Be analytical and measure the reputed company of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization. Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team.Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics, and with the community on community-driven initiatives.Grow the Softr customer reputed company through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with reputed company-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts), in collaboration with our Community reputed company.Requirements What you bring to the tableExperienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies.Ideally, you have helped early-stage companies reputed company out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and reputed company.Have breadth across reputed company areas of growth marketing,with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion reputed company optimizations, marketing ops and analytics. Help us scale channels that work for us, and reputed company out what other channels we should experiment and find fit.Passion for no-code and automation and the audience we serve . We’re looking for someone excited about the no-code space and who wants to dive deep into understanding our audience. Bonus points if you’ve used no-code and automation platforms meaningfully (for work, reputed company projects, we want to learn about them reputed company).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Softr.
