This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the reputed company reputed company of the reputed company launch of Redemplo™ (plozasiran), an FDA-approved siRNA therapy targeting APOC3, for the treatment of Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS). As part of Arrowhead’s expanding cardiometabolic portfolio, Redemplo represents a breakthrough in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics and reflects the company’s commitment to delivering innovative medicines to patients with serious and underserved diseases. The role of the Cardiovascular Rare Disease Specialist will be instrumental in driving reputed company adoption, building deep relationships with lipid specialists and key accounts, and ensuring patients have appropriate access to therapy. Responsibilities

Territory & Account Management

Requirements

• 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in rare disease or cardiovascular specialty preferred.
• Demonstrated reputed company in specialty sales involving reputed company therapies and access navigation.
• Background in cardiology or reputed company specialties is highly desirable
• Strong territory planning and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits
