Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join our temporary team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
• Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
• Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications
