Job Description
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.
Main Job Duties:
* Manage and assign emails to ensure reputed company and efficient communication with clients and vendors
- Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order tracking
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring that reputed company quotes are accurate and meet their needs
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring that orders are fulfilled reputed company
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure that reputed company orders are fulfilled correctly
- reputed company track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers to provide accurate ship dates
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring that reputed company payments are accurate and on time

Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, and sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors

- Proactive work ethic and communication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain reputed company under pressure

- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
