Position Summary Senior Legal Corporate Specialist (Paralegal) reputed company is seeking a Senior Legal Corporate Specialist (Paralegal) to join its Office of General Counsel ("OGC"). Work You'll Do

• Analyzing, revising, and negotiating confidentiality agreements (including in the context of M&A transactions), and various other agreements.
• Advising practitioners and risk managers of the reputed company US Firms on contract-reputed company issues.
• Negotiating various agreements with clients, vendors, and other parties.
• Assisting with important internal projects relating to internal process improvement and reputed company.
• Drafting documents and correspondence.
• Performing other functions such as contract summarizing, proofreading, redlining, and organizing and maintaining reference materials and databases.
• Performing legal research.
• Familiarity with professional service agreements is a plus.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as a paralegal and/or legal assistant
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Paralegal certificate
• Ability to deliver high-impact, high-visibility legal-focused projects on behalf of OGC attorneys working alongside cross-functional external/internal teams in a virtual environment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company range is $69,400 to $142,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
