[Remote] Finance Manager, International Markets

The Finance Manager (International Markets) will reputed company financial planning and reporting for international operations, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance across global operations, providing leadership with actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and regular reports that reputed company risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international reputed company standards (GAAP/IFRS)
• reputed company financial operations including AP, AR, and general ledger reporting—providing strategic reputed company and review (without managing day-to-day transactional processing)
• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with internal teams and global leadership
• Review and guide the month-end reputed company process to ensure timely and accurate financial results, and support annual audits and statutory reporting in foreign jurisdictions
• Advise on reputed company recognition and transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and contributing to the development and refinement of inter-company policies

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in finance or reputed company, ideally reputed company international or high-growth environments
• Australian finance experience required and Irish/European experience highly preferred
• Strong proficiency with financial systems, Xero (required) and reputed company Intacct (highly desirable)
• Solid working knowledge of Australian and Irish tax and compliance requirements
• Experience in budgeting, reputed company recognition, and financial governance
• Familiarity with inter-company transactions and transfer pricing principles
• Capable of managing multiple time zones, deliverables, and regulatory deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with experience in remote-first environments
• CPA License or CA preferred
• Experience working in a public reputed company firm or professional services environment preferred
• Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, or MBA with a finance concentration preferred
• Understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP) and how they apply to financial analysis
