Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Expert, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:
* Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, including reputed company message, email, and chat
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
* Moving customers to the appropriate Product Support Specialist for product or service-reputed company issues
* Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
* Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems
* Escalating issues to the appropriate resource reputed company necessary and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
* Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
* Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
* Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
* Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
* Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
Qualifications
