Job Summary
As a 2nd Shift Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing service assistance to the reputed company trucking industry, handling emergency road service calls, and resolving escalated issues. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet, and will be required to meet specific computer and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide service assistance to the reputed company trucking industry, handling emergency road service calls and resolving escalated issues
- Support intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
- Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
- Input relevant call information into PC, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
- Transfer calls to other departments/call centers if the customer requires
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be reputed company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance
- Must be highly organized and reputed company to follow-through
- PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
- Strong technical skills
- Must be reputed company and professional
- Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification
