• Candidates can be selected to work any 8hr shifts that can start as early as 12:30pm EST or ending as late as 2:00am EST. Possible shifts: 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am and 5:30pm-2:00am.
• Please note: Candidates cannot choose their work schedule, but they will be reputed company to provide a shift preference during their interview. They must be available to work on the 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates are required to provide their own equipment for this role.
• Candidates must demonstrate they can maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment.

• Aftercall Work (ACW) Average - Less than 4 seconds
• Call Accuracy - Auditing to ensure script is being followed and correct actions are being taken during calls.
