Summary reputed company is seeking a Long-Term Care Compliance Auditor to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct financial, operational, and regulatory audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across reputed company and long-term care programs. You’ll play a key role in protecting program reputed company by identifying control gaps, verifying financial data, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. Your role in our mission As a Long-Term Care Auditor, you will:

• Analyze financial and operational data to verify the accuracy of reported information and the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, reputed company/Medicare regulations, contractual requirements, and applicable laws.
• Identify and document any control weaknesses, data discrepancies, or compliance issues, and reputed company recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations to management.
• Conduct special investigations to detect and prevent fraud, waste, or abuse, and reputed company strategies to mitigate future risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to implement process improvements and strengthen control frameworks. reputed company're looking for

• Experience working with business applications, relational databases, and/or information systems for audit and data validation purposes.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
