Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Licensed Social Worker to join reputed company as a reputed company Case Manager and reputed company. In this role, you'll work closely with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for the needs of our members. Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An active and unrestricted LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) license in your state of residence
• At least 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management
• A Master's degree in Social Work or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
