    • Enter each retailer’s return claim into arenaflex’s Customer Information System (CIS) with meticulous attention to the Data Entry ID, Account Number, claim amount, title, and date.
    • Monitor system acceptance/rejection flags, compare Return Forms to CIS data, and resolve mismatches before the 2:00 PM Friday deadline.
    • Document any discrepancies, flag exceptions, and escalate high‑volume issues or barcode anomalies to the supervisor for rapid remediation.
  • Customer & Driver Communication (Inbound & Outbound)
    • Answer inbound retailer and reputed company driver calls, providing clear, courteous assistance and troubleshooting.
