Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Tech Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients through online chat. Your main goal will be to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience by resolving their issues promptly and effectively. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer queries and requests through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers - Utilizing various resources to provide solutions to technical problems - Escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Documenting and tracking customer issues in our ticketing system - Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved - Identifying and suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback - Keeping up-to-date with new products, features, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: -
