Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving post-launch reputed company for our e-commerce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Post-Launch Support

• Serve as the primary technical contact for merchants post-launch, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment products.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to address issues reputed company to API integrations, order management, and performance optimization.
• Monitor merchant implementations to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.

### Post-Launch reputed company Management

• Partner with Account Management team to understand their business needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their objectives.
• Conduct regular account reviews, sharing performance insights, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

### Technical Expertise

• Act as a subject matter expert for Buy with Prime and MCF, staying up-to-date on new features, functionalities, and industry trends.
• Support cross-functional teams by sharing technical knowledge and creating detailed documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

### Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline reputed company, integration, and support processes for merchants.

### Rotational On-Call Availability

• Required for critical systems support.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field.

• 5+ years working with external customer-facing or similar roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong understanding of APIs, e-commerce platforms, and fulfillment operations.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a reputed company salary ranging from $108,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $188,200/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
