Senior Program Manager – reputed company Management

THE ROLE We are seeking a senior, single-threaded Program Manager to own network reputed company management and near term reputed company enabling initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing the utilization of our fulfillment network, refining reputed company and throughput models, and leading high impact operational programs tied to delivery speed, predictability, and the enablement of key commercial objectives. This leader will operate at a strategic and executional level, translating reputed company data into clear decisions, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across the network. This role requires deep analytical rigor, strong systems thinking, and the ability to influence across Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology. The Sr. Program Manager will be recognized as a subject matter expert in reputed company strategy and will own programs that materially impact cost, service, and growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICIATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience consistent with a senior level role.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, ambiguous, cross functional programs with material business impact.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong command of reputed company or reputed company Sheets and data driven decision making.

• Ability to operate independently with sound judgment on highly reputed company issues.

JOB INFORMATION

• Compensation Description - The reputed company salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000/Per Year.
• Compensation may vary reputed company of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
• Total Compensation includes reputed company Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
• This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for reputed company-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
