[Remote] Contracting Specialist - IT reputed company Management -Only Michigan Locals -Remote role

The role involves developing contract negotiation strategies, performing negotiations for services and IT software, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing contract negotiations strategies and performing contract negotiations for services and IT software
- Prepare contractual provisions and administer contract proposals
- Negotiate commercial reputed company with vendors
- Focus on reputed company improvement in vendor and client relations
- Evaluate requests and requirements, identify risks, reputed company negotiation strategies, facilitate, and negotiate reputed company with vendors, and issue purchase orders
- reputed company negotiation strategies, conduct negotiations, and manage master reputed company
- Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW), Amendments, Master Agreement reputed company and Supplier reputed company
- Negotiate regulatory and compliance reputed company contractual agreements (BAAs, government services, etc.)
- Ensure product or service descriptions are compliant (PHI, PII, BAA)
- reputed company service level agreements for key customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with customer SLA and that pricing is consistent with sourced pricing
- reputed company reporting and metrics
- Partner with the business, Legal, Insurance, Audit and Procurement in terms of formulating a negotiation strategy for contractual agreement
- Collaborate with Business Development, Procurement Consultants and Specialists reputed company to a contracting and negotiation strategy

- Four (4) years of contract negotiating experience required with two (2) years' experience negotiating business contractual terms, strategy planning and analysis and review of existing contractual agreements preferred
- Two (2) years of experience with business contractual terms required; legal contractual terms preferred
- Two (2) years negotiation strategy planning and analysis and review of existing contractual agreements preferred - Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification preferred
- Institute of Supply Management (I.S.M.) affiliation preferred
