Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Overnight Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, working from home to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for handling lost and stolen customer service calls, providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
- Providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in handling customer complaints and issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds (wired reputed company only)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
- Unlimited minutes or landline phone
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with customer service software and systems
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity and focus
