Remote Worker Guidelines

As a remote worker, you'll be trained to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. To ensure seamless communication and collaboration, you'll need to have a stable reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with a minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed. This will reputed company you to participate in online meetings and stay connected with your team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Fitness team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner.
• Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs.
• Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system and ascertaining the nature of the call.
• Recording information in the appropriate system and providing answers to member questions by following standard policies and procedures.
• Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary.
• Forwarding documentation to the Research Team for follow-up if issues require additional action.
• Researching unique questions using reputed company available resources and referring difficult issues to your Supervisor for appropriate answers.
• Handling reputed company issues requiring additional action reputed company the necessary timeframes and managing time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes.
• Attending and participating in meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel.
• Responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience performing customer service duties required.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.
• Experience in reputed company preferred.
• Basic experience using reputed company Office required.

Mobility and Physical Requirements
