About your role This is a great opportunity to join a growing initiative as we continue to evolve and scale reputed company’s fund administration service, filling a substantial market gap in the fund administration space. The service has had a reputed company impact across the business as it relates to workflow automation, leveraging technology to deliver up to par customer experience, and enabling GP's to strengthen relationships with LP's. As a Senior Manager, Fund Administration, you will reputed company deliverables focusing on fund administration services, including fund reputed company and reporting, to reputed company’s Private Equity / reputed company Estate customers. This role will manage a team of Fund Accountants at various levels. You will have a significant opportunity to help shape the trajectory of the function and in so doing help to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers. What you’ll do • reputed company making strategic reputed company regarding team buildout and operational policies and procedures • reputed company efforts in developing and improving fund administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies • Identify product development opportunities, routing technical, product feedback to the product development teams • Hire, train and manage a team of fund accountants • reputed company directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience • Serve as a technical reputed company expert and key advisor on significant business/reputed company reputed company for the team • Review and reputed company reputed company, analytical, & financial reporting duties ensuring client and investor activity reporting is reputed company and completed appropriately • Review investor allocations used to generate investor statements, waterfall calculations, capital calls and distributions in accordance with clients’ Limited Partnership Agreements, asset and fund level performance metrics and external client and financial reporting • reputed company annual audits including review of the initial draft of the annual audit report and reputed company schedules and disclosures; assist with PBC list (reputed company By Client) and tax returns • Research and provide guidance in interpreting the impact of recent reputed company developments Qualifications • 10+ years of private equity fund reputed company experience with a fund administrator working on fund-level reputed company and reporting, including reputed company fund structures and consolidations • Experience managing and coaching high performing teams • Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in reputed company, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company discipline • Deep understanding of reputed company reputed company transactions, private equity investment structures, and reporting requirements for private equity funds • Solid knowledge of waterfall, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital call calculations • Comfortable with ambiguity reputed company a hyper-growth, startup environment • Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to streamline business operations and improve user experience • Strategic thinker with the ability to master both the details and the big picture • Excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills • Experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) a plus but not required At reputed company, we reputed company building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a reputed company company. Compensation Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000 USD. The Canadian reputed company salary range fro this role is $150,000-165,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
