Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care Programs:
Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
Business Execution:
Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met.
Quality Improvement:
Drive consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure region pharmacies reputed company with administrative compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
Financial Performance:
Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organization financial objectives.
Patient Experience:
Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient discussion, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
Staff Development:
Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders.
Data Analysis:
Conduct data and clinical audits and reputed company necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
Patient Profiles:
Review patient profiles and medication records to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment.
Patient Communication:
Provide individualized patient/supplier conferences.
Communication Skills:
Utilize exceptional communication skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
