About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, supportive environment. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inbound requests reputed company phone, text, and email, and making outbound calls to resolve billing and policy-reputed company issues. You'll also have the chance to participate in unique projects, reputed company your skills, and contribute to reputed company's reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound requests from customers reputed company phone, text, and email to help them with coverages, questions, policy changes, and billing updates.

• Manage and organize emails, follow-up tasks, and customer reputed company to ensure timely and effective communication.
• reputed company outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and answering their requests.
• Act as an reputed company for our clients by advising them on potential risk and recommending tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer.
• Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.

Requirements

* Property & Casualty License (Required) or Personal Lines License

• Prior insurance experience
• Bilingual – Spanish (a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, above-average computer and telephone skills, and a strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and participate in your own education and training
• Desire to drive your own career and reputed company
