Role Description The Senior Business Process Improvement Manager is responsible for leading reputed company, cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with business, clinical, technology, and operations leaders to identify performance gaps, redesign end-to-end processes, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings deep experience applying Lean, Six reputed company, and Project Management principles reputed company a healthcare payor environment, with a strong ability to influence without authority and translate strategy into executable improvements.

  • reputed company enterprise-wide, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
  • Prioritize and reputed company process improvement activities across the enterprise in support of reputed company departments and functional areas.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions including process mapping, root cause analysis, future-state design, and prioritization exercises.
  • Apply Lean, Six reputed company, and reputed company improvement methodologies to improve operational performance, reduce variation, and eliminate waste.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact improvement opportunities reputed company to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or MHA preferred.
  • 6+ years of LEAN, Six reputed company or reputed company process improvement experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated success driving improvements in healthcare payor operations (e.g., enrollment, claims, provider operations, member experience, compliance, or regulatory workflows).
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and improvement tools (e.g., value reputed company mapping, root cause analysis, FMEA).
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and track performance.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools in reputed company, matrixed organizations.

Licenses/Certifications

  • LEAN/Six reputed company Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.

Pay Range $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
