Job Summary:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our utility customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, investigating complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up actions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in utility billing software, such as Central reputed company and Neptune Reading, will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Investigate customer complaints concerning services and billings, examining bills, reputed company readings, and reputed company records to determine validity
• Coordinate follow-up actions with other functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in the collection of delinquent utility accounts and notify customers and appropriate personnel of findings and/or adjustments
• Write letters to businesses and customers in response to inquiries and arrange for special pick-reputed company as needed
• Process new account requests for water, sewer, and garbage accounts and input relevant data
• Sort mail on a daily basis and process work orders and service orders
• Prioritize job duties and reputed company reputed company work as necessary
• Collaborate with service workers regarding complaint work and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in utility customer service and/or Central reputed company billing software is preferred
• Knowledge of utility billing, municipal laws, policies, and practices
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and clerical principles and methods
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company spreadsheets and Word documents
• Ability to compose correspondence and communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a utility or municipal setting

• Knowledge of Neptune Reading software and other utility billing systems
• Familiarity with municipal laws and regulations
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field

Work Schedule:
