Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every customer and teammate with a smile, and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
- Serving as the primary customer service provider at the reputed company end and liaison between customers and management.
- Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through reputed company transactions.
- Assisting the manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards; monitoring reputed company End associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a targeted pay range of $13.50 - $20.50 per hour.
