Job Responsibilities:

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to address their queries and concerns
• Responding promptly to reputed company customer inquiries, including billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-reputed company questions
• Identifying patterns and suggesting remedies to reputed company customer satisfaction
